Job summary

Granello Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, supervise service, and ensure every dish meets high standards in a busy café bar environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie aiming to progress
• Ability to lead shifts, keep service smooth and on spec
• Strong focus on food quality, hygiene and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate
• Support Head Chef and act as right hand in their absence
• Set high standards on the pass for quality, pace and cleanliness
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders, handovers
• Coaching and developing the kitchen team
