Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the Croeso Lounge kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead service, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is top quality. This is an exciting next step for an experienced sous chef looking to progress within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Proven ability to lead kitchen shifts and maintain service standards
• Strong focus on food quality, hygiene and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence and maintain service on spec
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence
• Set tone for high standards on the pass
• Own prep, par, stock, waste, and shift handovers
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food
