Job summary

The Windmill is a dog-friendly pub, restaurant & 42-bedroom boutique hotel on Clapham Common seeking a Sous Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team. You will help design and deliver menus, work closely with the Head Chef, and drive guest satisfaction through quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication.
• Able to manage kitchen rota, training, and health and safety.

Responsibilities
