Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Payments Technology to design, develop, and deliver trusted technology products for B2B agentic commerce. You will own major components end-to-end, including multi-agent negotiation, onboarding, ML workflows, and production deployment on Kubernetes.

You will drive secure, scalable solutions, foster collaboration, and advance AI-powered payments while ensuring responsible AI practices across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python with additional language skills (e.g., Java, TypeScript).
• Experience shipping LLM-based apps or agents to production.
• Hands-on system design, app dev, testing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver production agents and ML workflows.
• Own orchestration, negotiation, onboarding, and outreach for agents.
• Build production paths for training, testing, and serving models on Kubernetes.
