G.Digital are back on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer role that blends technical leadership with hands‑on product‑focused engineering.

This position sits at the heart of an established AI‑enabled platform, guiding its next evolution while also helping to shape brand‑new digital products from the ground up.

If you enjoy influencing architecture, solving meaningful problems, and working closely with product and UX teams, this could be a brilliant fit.

In this role, you’ll :

• Lead architecture and key technical decisions
• Build high‑quality backend features in Python (FastAPI ideal)
• Collaborate with product, UX and business stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and set best practices
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Ensure scalability, security and maintainability
• Shape both long‑term product vision and day‑to‑day delivery

You don’t need to meet every requirement—strong Python engineering, cloud experience, and comfort in an Agile environment will help you get up to speed quickly.

SC clearability is required due to the nature of the work.
