Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is recruiting an Development Consultant (Lead Software Developer) to lead delivery of in-house software, integrate systems and mentor junior developers. Strong C#/.NET and Agile experience is essential.

The role supports Trust-wide digital initiatives with remote working up to two days per week within the hybrid model at Portsmouth/Isle of Wight locations.

Formación

• Degree level qualification or 5+ years’ experience in software development or integration with lead developer experience
• Continuing professional development evidence

Responsabilidades

• Act as the lead developer for specified software products and integration
• Provide technical leadership for delivery and integration
• Mentor junior developers and support career growth
• Design, build, test and deploy features for in-house applications (C# and .NET)
• Assess risks and manage changes via ITIL Change Management
• Engage with product owners to convert requirements into User Stories
• Stay current on digital technologies and Trust-wide applications
• Experience with Healthcare Integration is desirable
