Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor in Hereford for a 27.5-hour week within Estates & Facilities. You will supervise on-site teams, support the Band 4 Supervisor, and help run a busy seven-day service ensuring high standards of cleanliness and catering.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• CEBOSH / NEBOSH certificate (willing to complete or appropriate ‘on the job’ experience)
• Experience in NHS or similar environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• On-the-Job Supervision: lead by example to deliver high standards of cleanliness and catering.
• Team Leadership: manage, motivate and guide frontline staff, addressing daily operational challenges.
• Operational Support: assist Band 4 Supervisor with rotas, audits, stock control and staff training.
