Job summary

Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor in the Royal Albert Edward Hospital site, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30–12:30. The post requires flexible hours to cover various shifts and is NHS Band 3.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a domestic/cleaning team.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
• Trained to National Cleaning Standards.
• Ability to manage rosters and annual leave.
• Proven IT skills (Teams/Outlook/Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Domestic Services team and daily operations.
• Organise day-to-day tasks and staff rotas.
• Monitor cleaning standards and hygiene compliance.
• Provide training and assess staff performance.
• Support CCTV of duties and audits as required.
