Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site activities related to roofing and externals in occupied social housing properties.
Conduct site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain safety and compliance.
Monitor progress against programme and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays.
Ensure works meet contractual, regulatory, and safety standards and are delivered to high quality.
Maintain accurate site records including reporting and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and operatives for smooth operations and milestones.
Ensure personnel on site are trained and equipped with PPE and tools.
Collaborate with commercial team on cost tracking and subcontractor scopes.
Support community engagement initiatives and uphold customer service standards.
