Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site activities related to roofing and externals in occupied social housing properties.
• Conduct comprehensive site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Monitor project progress against the programme and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure works meet contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements and maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and operatives to meet milestones.
• Ensure personnel are trained and equipped with PPE and tools.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on cost tracking and subcontractor scopes.
• Uphold excellent customer service and support community engagement initiatives.
