Watkin Jones is seeking a Site Manager for a 484-bed PBSA refurbishment project in Bristol. You will oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and quality while driving progress to milestones and coordinating subcontractors.

You will review drawings, manage budgets, and work closely with the Contracts Manager and QS to keep the programme on track. Relevant certifications and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in construction or development with site operations and safety practices.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications, First Aid qualification, and Level 3/4 qualification such as NVQ/Apprenticeship/HNC.
