Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an internal refurbishment project at a school in Bristol. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires Enhanced DBS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS, with proven refurbishment or internal fit-out experience, plus strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS Certificate.
• SMSTS.
• First Aid at Work.
• CSCS Card.
• Previous experience managing refurbishment or internal fit-out projects.
• Experience coordinating M&E and finishing packages.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries.
• Maintain excellent health & safety standards throughout the project.
• Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors.
