Job summary

Borne Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for high-end residential and heritage projects. You will take day-to-day control of the site, ensuring safety, programme, and quality benchmarks are met on sites across Reading and the South of England.

Ideally you bring a strong main contractor background on luxury homes or heritage refurbishments, with SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction sites and subcontractors.
• Strong programming, planning and organisational skills.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety.
• Experience with high-end residential, heritage projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Coordinate labour, materials, logistics and deliveries.
• Monitor programmes, progress and construction sequencing.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Manage health & safety, site documentation and compliance.
• Liaise with Project Manager, clients and professional teams.
• Identify problems early and keep the project moving.
