Job summary

Borne Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a leading high-end residential contractor on a major private project near Basingstoke, Hampshire. The role centers on delivering a circa £10m shell & core stage with potential £10m fit-out, on a prestigious private estate.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold the highest standards of workmanship, safety and programme delivery across a demanding, super-prime build.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior site management experience on high-end residential projects.
• Track record of delivering technically challenging, high-quality finishes.
• Experience with shell & core and subsequent fit-out phases.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, managing 1–2 Site Managers.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day construction activity on site.
• Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Driving works in line with programme and quality requirements.
• Managing short-term programming, sequencing and logistics.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety.
• Resolving technical and construction issues as they arise.
• Collaborating with Project Manager, design team and consultants.
• Supporting the Site Managers beneath you.
• Maintaining exceptionally high standards on a super-prime project.
