Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead prestigious prime residential projects in the South East. You’ll take ownership of site delivery, safety, quality and programme, coordinating teams and subcontractors on £5m-£15m projects.

The role requires proven senior site management experience in high-spec homes, excellent leadership, and strong commercial awareness with expertise in planning and change control. SMSTS and First Aid are desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering high-value residential projects.
• Background in prime residential or bespoke homes or other high-specification construction.
• Strong leadership and technical knowledge.
• Commercial awareness and programme/change management.
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project.
• SMSTS and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and specialist trades to drive performance and productivity.
• Oversee construction programmes, logistics, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Monitor progress, manage variations and support commercial objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve technical or construction challenges.
