Brown & Wills Recruitment Ltd is seeking a new lead Site Manager to join a growing refurb and fitout specialist. Projects are regionally and nationally distributed, so willingness to travel and stay away when required is advantageous.

You will manage projects up to 3m value, supervise subcontractors to programme and specification, and act as the No.1 on site with strong client-facing skills while supported by a visiting operations manager.

Qualifications

• Strong all-round operational capability on projects up to 3m in value.
• Ability to manage subcontractors to programme and specification parameters.
• Comfortable acting as the No.1 lead on site with decisive leadership.
• Excellent client-facing capabilities to maintain strong relationships.
• Hold valid site certificates including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• IT literate and committed to a strong Health & Safety ethos.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day site activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, client representatives and the visiting operations manager.

Description du poste

A new lead Site Manager opportunity is available to join a growing and progressive refurb and fitout specialist, were works are both regionally and nationally distributed so those interested should be open to working away if required.

Project profiles in the main cover retail and high street commercial orientated clients, so exposure to that type of work would be advantageous, where you will have a high level of client contact.

The business is therefore interested recruiting capable Site Managers who can manage autonomously with the support of a visiting operations manager, leading projects day to day to successful completion.

To be considered you will therefore hold the following skills set;

• Strong all-round operational capability on projects values up to 3m
• Ability to manage sub-contractor to correct programme and specification parameters
• Comfortable operating as a no.1 lead on projects
• Good client facing capabilities
• Hold valid site certs including, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• IT literate
• Strong Health & Safety ethos
