Job summary

Brown and Wills Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead Site Manager to oversee refurb and fitout projects with regional and national travel.

You'll lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and maintain client relationships, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget and to high standards. A strong health and safety ethos and valid site certificates are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong all-round operational capability on projects values up to £3m.
• Ability to manage sub-contractor to correct programme and specification parameters.
• Comfortable operating as a no.1 lead on projects.
• Good client facing capabilities.
• Hold valid site certs including, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
• IT literate.
• Strong Health & Safety ethos.

Job description

A new lead Site Manager opportunity is available to join a growing and progressive refurb and fitout specialist, were works are both regionally and nationally distributed so those interested should be open to working away if required.

Project profiles in the main cover retail and high street commercial orientated clients, so exposure to that type of work would be advantageous, where you will have a high level of client contact.

The business is therefore interested recruiting capable Site Managers who can manage autonomously with the support of a visiting operations manager, leading projects day to day to successful completion.

To be considered you will therefore hold the following skills set;
