Job summary

The Connection at St Martin’s in London seeks a dynamic leader to run a new 24-hour supported housing service in Wandsworth for 15 people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages. You will manage staff and volunteers, build a responsive, trauma-informed team, and coordinate with partners to stabilise health and housing outcomes.

You will drive a six-month pilot, influence future funding, and promote coproduction and client-led support across services.

Qualifications

• You will lead a new 24-hour supported housing service in Wandsworth with 15 residents.
• You will develop a team that builds trust through relationships and provides bespoke, trauma-informed support.
• You will bring knowledge of housing options, health inclusion, harm minimisation and social care entitlements.
• You will build a network of professionals to support stabilisation and longer-term plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and volunteers to establish and deliver a six-month pilot in SW London.
• Demonstrate impact to influence longer-term funding.
