Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle:upon:Tyne, Nottingham, Oldham, Swansea
Salary: A GBP 54,857 per annum (Plus an additional allowance up to A GBP 25,543)
Job Summary
As a Lead Service Designer at DVSA, you will play a critical role in shaping and improving public services that impact millions of road users across the UK. You will lead the design of end:to:end, user:centred services that are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in evidence. Working closely with service and product owners, policy experts, and multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure that design strategies align with DVSAs broader mission to keep Britain moving safely and sustainably. This includes supporting the agencys strategic goals to 2025 and beyond, which focus on simplifying services, leveraging data and technology, and enabling people and businesses to make safe and sustainable choices.
