Cornerstone Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant for Kitnocks House in Hampshire. The role involves supporting the care team to meet residents' daily needs, with a 40.25-hour week and shifts across Tue/Wed/Fri and Mon/Thu/Sat/Sun.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months experience in care home/healthcare setting (essential).
• NVQ/QCF level 3 or working towards this (essential).
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, support the care team to meet residents' daily needs (personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration, activities).
• Prioritise workload and seek nurse guidance when needed.
• Attend staff meetings and clinical reviews as required.
• Support residents to remain as independent as possible and respect privacy and dignity.
