Stockport School invites applications for an outstanding SEND – Year Team Leader HLTA. You will lead the Year team Learning Support Assistants under the SENCO, coordinating in-class SEND support within a Year group.

You will maintain weekly contact with the Pastoral Head of Year to review evolving needs, adjust timetables, and strengthen SEND provision across Curriculum and Attainment. DBS clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Year team Learning Support Assistants under the SENCO.
• Coordinate in-class SEND support within a specific Year group.
• Liaise with Heads of Core Curriculum/Subject departments to share SEND feedback.
• Plan and deliver bespoke interventions to develop independence skills.
• Maintain weekly contact with Pastoral Head of Year to review needs and adjust timetables.
