Trinity Academy is seeking an inspiring Lead Learning Support Assistant for SEMH to provide outstanding learning support to individual students from Autumn 2026. You will oversee interventions and a small team of Learning Support Assistants, working with teachers and families to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

You will develop SEMH expertise and drive improvements in outcomes for pupils, ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive in a caring

• Strong people skills and a genuine care for all students.
