Job summary

Trinity Solutions Academy is seeking a Teaching & Learning Support Practitioner to support learners in our Hub. The role is full time, 37 hours, term-time with additional training and days. The successful candidate will foster respectful relationships and support learner development in a calm environment.

Experience in SEMH and behaviour management is an advantage. NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is preferred, with Level 2 literacy and numeracy required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH environments and managing pupil behaviour is advantageous.
• Minimum Level 2 Basic Skills in Literacy and Numeracy required.
• NVQ level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience preferred.
