Job summary

SmartSourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Technical Team Leader to head installation teams for security systems in the UK, focusing on CCTV, access control and public address deployments. On-site delivery and preparation work across locations are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in automated access control and CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with data cabling to government security standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and data.
• Electrical testing knowledge and related requirements.
• Level 3 electrical/electronic qualification; HS qualification (SMSTS or equivalent).
• Experience leading installation teams and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation team for UK projects and oversee onsite delivery.
• Provide technical expertise across CCTV, access control, and public address systems.
• Coordinate preparation work and overseas deployment as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
