Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Security Installation Team Lead based in Milton Keynes to oversee the preparation and delivery of high-security CCTV, access control, and PA systems.

You will manage a team of onsite engineers, review designs, coordinate site delivery, and perform hands-on installation while maintaining strict security standards and clear communication with customers and stakeholders. UK-wide travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong installation experience in CCTV, access control, PA, data cabling, or electrical systems.
• Experience with government security standards in secure environments.
• Experience supervising installation teams and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and delivery of security systems onsite.
• Manage onsite engineers and coordinate site delivery.
• Provide direct customer liaison and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and safety protocols.
