Job summary

SmartSourcing Ltd. is seeking experienced Lead Installation Engineers and Senior Security Engineers to manage integrated security system projects in the UK and overseas.

You will lead installation teams, coordinate on-site delivery, and ensure tight safety and security standards while working with CCTV, access control and PA systems. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and willingness to travel globally; SC or DV clearance is preferred or eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated access control, CCTV and PA systems.
• Data cabling and infrastructure to security standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and data.
• Hold Level 3 electrotechnical qualification and ECS registration.
• Experience supervising installation teams and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation team leadership and technical expertise in the UK and overseas locations.
• Oversee preparation work and onsite delivery of security systems.
• Work with CCTV, access control and PA system installations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security policies and procedures.
