Job summary

LA International is seeking a Technical Team Leader to provide installation team leadership and technical expertise for on-site delivery of security systems in the UK and overseas locations.

The role covers CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, cabling containment and infrastructure, with a focus on safety, risk assessments and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should hold an ECS card and have experience supervising installation teams.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, public address).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and data.
• Proven track record supervising and coordinating installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams on-site and at overseas locations for security projects.
• Coordinate safety, risk assessments and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Engage with customers, end-users, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery objectives.
