Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions in Milton Keynes seeks an experienced Security Systems Team Leader to join a major international security systems delivery programme. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with managing installation teams across diverse sites.

You will oversee CCTV, access control, public address and structured cabling, travelling to secure UK and overseas locations to deliver projects to government security standards and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams in secure environments.
• Experience installing CCTV, access control, or public address systems.
• Ability to read designs, drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams delivering security systems projects in the UK and overseas.
• Review technical designs, drawings and project documentation.
• Complete material take-offs and support equipment procurement.
• Test systems and equipment prior to deployment.
• Plan delivery activities and prepare equipment and installation resources.
• Produce Health & Safety documentation and safe systems of work.
• Coordinate site activities and liaise with customers and partners.
• Provide technical leadership across CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and related infrastructure.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to engineers and staff.
• Ensure installations meet government security standards and requirements.
