Job summary

Rolls-Royce Defence Aerospace in Bristol is seeking a Security Infrastructure Lead to act as the authority for physical security standards across programme facilities, reporting to the Security Operations and SCIDA Manager (EMEA).

You will develop and maintain security policies, ensure compliance with UK MOD security policy, and collaborate with external bodies like NPSA/PSyA and internal teams to deliver secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Excellent working knowledge of UK security regulations and MOD policies.
• Experience with physical security arrangements in line with NPSA and PSyA.
• Experience across security audit and compliance.
• Understanding of construction project management processes (RIBA).
• Ability to collaborate across the enterprise with strong influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as authority for physical security standards across facilities in accordance with GovS 007.
• Lead development and maintenance of security documents, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain relationships with external bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Support Security Plan and Security Risk Register with Defence security team.
