Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Bristol seeks a Secure Infrastructure Lead to join our Defence Aerospace team. You will act as the authority on physical security standards, driving governance, documentation and compliance for infrastructure projects while coordinating with MOD accreditation bodies and internal security teams.

The role requires DV clearance and SC checks with the UK MoD policies, plus experience across audits, construction projects and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of UK security regulations and UK MoD security policies/procedures.
• Experience with National Protective Security Authority (NPSA) and PSyA accreditation processes.
• Experience across security audit and compliance.
• Understanding of construction project management processes (RIBA) and related documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across the enterprise with strong influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the authority and intelligent customer for physical security standards across facilities and sites in accordance with GovS 007.
• Lead in developing, implementing and maintaining physical security standards, documents, procedures and policies.
• Maintain relationships with external organisations (PSyA, NPSA) and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and approvals.
• Support maintenance of the Security Plan and Security Risk Register with the wider Defence security function.
• Collaborate with Site Security, Security Operations, Risk and Compliance, and principal contractors to ensure security arrangements meet accreditation standards.
