Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Senior Janitor for a permanent on-site role at a school in Crieff. You will be the lead janitor on site, coordinating cleaning operations and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for students and staff.

Key duties include opening and locking up, supporting the cleaning team, small maintenance tasks, escorting contractors, maintaining attendance records, preparing halls for events, snow clearance, graffiti removal, and after-hours response when needed.

Responsibilities

• Opening/Locking up
• Assisting cleaning team
• Small planned maintenance tasks, including escorting contractors
• Maintenance of daily staff attendance records/ signing in book
• Preparing halls and rooms for a range of uses
• Snow clearance and gritting
• Ensuring graffiti is removed or covered as soon as possible
• On call - emergency out of hours response maybe required
