Job summary

Smart Sourcer Limited is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to shape the architecture for advanced CRM, unified profiles, consent, segmentation, personalisation and activation across a multi-channel digital landscape for an enterprise-scale, global retailer.

You will own solution architecture across CRM, CDP and customer engagement, define target-state designs and roadmaps, and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Personalization with data platforms and APIs.

Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM and marketing technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of identity, consent and unified customer profiles.
10+ years in enterprise-scale solution design and 12+ years in tech overall.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Retail or ecommerce domain experience.
Exposure to composable CDP/activation tools such as Databricks, Hightouch, Braze, Amperity, ActionIQ.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture across CRM, CDP and customer engagement capabilities.
Define target-state designs, transition architectures and roadmaps.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Personalization with data platforms, APIs, events and digital channels.
Lead architecture governance, design assurance and cross-domain alignment.
Guide architects, influence senior stakeholders and maintain end-to-end design traceability.
Support vendor selection, RFPs and technology evaluation.
