Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Solution Architect with deep Salesforce expertise to design end-to-end solutions across the enterprise landscape.

You will lead Salesforce-related initiatives, shaping the evolution of CPQ/Revenue Cloud while coordinating across SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys and Azure. The role emphasises secure, scalable integrations, governance and clear ownership across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce solution architecture experience across security, data modelling, automation and scalable design.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions across multiple enterprise platforms and determine capability placement.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and trade-offs.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements and govern solutions through design and delivery.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Salesforce initiatives spanning end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business outcomes into architectures across Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and more.
• Define secure, scalable integrations and non-functional requirements.
• Produce architecture options, recommendations, and design governance.
• Ensure solutions have clear ownership and favour reuse over over-customisation.
