Job summary

Trace Surveys Ltd seeks a senior lead to head Corded UK, our rope access division, focusing on operations and business development across London and beyond. You will organise teams, plan projects, ensure safety, and drive client growth while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

The role requires strong rope access experience, knowledge of cladding/glazing systems, and an ability to secure new business with existing clients.

Qualifications

• IRATA qualified rope access experience preferred.
• Experience delivering projects safely and to high quality.
• Strong understanding of façade systems and defects.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage rope access teams and projects.
• Plan works, resource, and ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain high standards of H&S and professionalism.
• Develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Expand services within Trace Surveys clients.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and oversee project delivery.
