Inspired Access Solutions Ltd, part of British Engineering Services Group, is seeking an IRATA Level 3 Supervisor to lead rope access teams across UK projects, ensuring safe, efficient work to high professional standards.

The role requires IRATA Level 3 certification, First Aid, adequate rope hours, PTS for rail projects, a full UK driving licence, and good fitness. You will supervise site operations, mentor colleagues, and compile accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Adequate rope hours and varied rope access experience across environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Must be medically fit and able to work away from home as needed.
• PTS could be required for rail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead rope access teams across diverse projects, ensuring safe, efficient work to high professional standards.
• Supervise site operations and mentor others.
• Determine the most suitable access methods for each site on a dynamic basis.
• Compile and submit accurate site documentation.
• Work flexibly across the UK, including periods of accommodation away from home.
• Contribute to continual safety, quality, and environmental improvement initiatives.
