Job summary

PTSG Access & Safety, a UK leader in façade access and fall protection, seeks a Lead Fall Arrest Installer. The role is field-based across Essex, London and the South East, overseeing installation teams and ensuring safe, compliant deliveries on site.

You will lead installation projects, liaise with clients and site managers, and manage mansafe and safety line systems while maintaining equipment and documentation. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience installing fall protection systems.
• Experience working at height.
• CSCS Card is required; SSSTS/IOSH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation works on construction sites.
• Supervise Assistant Engineers and on-site staff.
• Liaise with Site Managers and clients to coordinate works.
• Install fall protection systems including mansafe and safety lines.
• Ensure installations comply with method statements and British Standards.
• Complete installation reports and site documentation.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles.
