Job summary

British Engineering Services Group is seeking an IRATA Level 3 Supervisor in East London. The role oversees rope access operations, mentoring teams, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards across the UK.

You will determine access methods, manage site documentation, and support efficient project delivery while complying with safety and environmental objectives.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Rope hours and varied experience across rope access scenarios and environments required.
• PTS (Railway projects only) may be applicable.
• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead rope access teams across a diverse range of projects, ensuring safety and high professional standards.
• Supervise site operations, mentor others and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.
• Determine the most suitable access methods for each site/workface on a dynamic basis.
• Care for site equipment and report damage or defects promptly.
• Cooperate with quality, safety and environmental objectives and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
• Be prepared to work across the UK, including accommodation away from home.

What will you be doing?

As an IRATA Level 3 Supervisor at Inspired Access, part of British Engineering Services Group, youwill lead rope access teams across a diverse range of projects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards. You'll play a key role in supervising site operations, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional service to our clients nationwide.

You will also:

• Ensure proper care of site equipment and report any damage or defects promptly.
• Determinethe most suitable access methods for each site/workface on a dynamic basis.
• Support the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
• Compile andsubmitaccuratesite documentation.
• Work flexibly across the UK, including periods of accommodation away from home.
• Cooperate with quality, safety, and environmentalobjectivesand contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
