Job summary

RMLFS Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing refurbishment projects. You will manage a portfolio of projects valued at £25,000 and above, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This hybrid role allows for office, home, and site work, focusing on areas south of Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in industrial roofing, strong commercial awareness, and a relevant safety certification. Company benefits include a competitive salary, commission, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing industrial/commercial roofing refurbishment projects.
• Confident in running multiple concurrent projects (five to ten).
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and margins.
• Background in sheeting, cladding, and flat-roofing systems.
• Clear communicator with clients and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle of roofing refurbishment projects.
• Conduct pre-start meetings and job handovers.
• Ensure health & safety compliance on site.
• Control costs and manage project margins.
• Liaise with clients throughout the project.
• Conduct site surveys as needed.
