Job summary

Landsec is seeking a Head of Leasing & Assets to lead leasing strategy and asset performance across MediaCity and Mayfield in Greater Manchester. You will drive occupancy, rental growth and future development initiatives while shaping occupier mix and customer experience across both destinations.

You will report to the Commercial Director, lead a leasing and asset management team, and build strong relationships with occupiers, agents and market influencers to maximise long-term value.

Qualifications

• Significant leasing and asset management experience.
• Strong network across the Manchester/UK market.
• Track record of securing major leasing transactions and pre-lets.
• Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
• Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver leasing strategies across MediaCity and Mayfield.
• Lead major leasing transactions, including pre-lets.
• Create asset-specific leasing plans aligned to wider objectives.
• Monitor market trends and customer demand to inform decisions.
• Lead external leasing agents and build relationships across the market.
