Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancer in Greater Manchester to join a growing law firm. You will manage a diverse caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and Help to Buy transactions.

Candidates must be a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE, with strong organisational and client care skills and a willingness to lead a small team. The firm offers flexible working and genuine progression.

Qualifications

• Must be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years' PQE.
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion (sales, purchases, remortgages, Help to Buy).
• Strong organisational, communication and client-care skills; proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Lead and develop the conveyancing team; contribute to growth and success of the department.
