Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least 1 year PQE to join a fast-paced property team. You will manage a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, ensuring high-quality client care.

The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to a supportive and developmental working environment with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience handling freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to handle volume with client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, varied caseload of residential property instructions (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages).
• Meet tight deadlines while delivering high standards of client care.
• Assist in supervising the team in the absence of the Head of Department.
• Work independently and as part of a team with strong communication and IT skills.
