QED Legal is representing a respected Greater Manchester law firm in recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join the busy property department in Bury on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Proactive and commercial approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and stakeholders to progress files.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow the department.
