Job summary

Domus are in search of an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee a 10-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities across two five-bed homes in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated care professional to lead a service focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care, promoting independence and ensuring the people supported can live fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential care service.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Ability to lead and develop staff to deliver high standards of care.
• Commitment to person-centred care and improving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of two residential homes.
• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice.
• Lead, motivate and develop the staff team.
• Manage recruitment, training, supervision and performance.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are reviewed.
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, choice and independence.
• Monitor quality and drive continuous improvements.
• Build relationships with families and external agencies.
• Handle incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
