HS2 Ltd is seeking a Requirements Manager to ensure development, instruction and compliance of HS2 requirements across its scope. You will work to the Requirements Management Plan, supporting communication, audits and engagement with technical and delivery teams to define acceptance criteria.

You will manage requirements in a digital environment (DOORS), collaborate with stakeholders and third parties, and actively promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in all activities.

Qualificações

• Development and management of project requirements across HS2 scope.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations and programme requirements.
• Support communication and audits of the Requirements Management Plan.
• Define acceptance criteria with design approval and delivery teams.
• Capture and disseminate requirements from top-down into engineering teams.
• Work within a digital environment for Requirements Management (DOORS).
• Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in all work activities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage project requirements across Stations, Civils or Railway Systems.
• Ensure compliance with the HS2 Requirements Management Plan throughout the Programme Lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Technical and Delivery teams to agree acceptance criteria and approvals.
• Disaggregate requirements for downstream design and delivery organisations.
• Engage with stakeholders and third parties on technical requirements and acceptance.
• Promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in all work.
