Job summary

New Way Recruitment LTD in Horley is seeking an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to lead a high-quality, person-centred service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance, and champion Transforming Care and PBS within a supportive, values‑driven team.

The role requires prior Registered Manager experience in supported living, knowledge of CQC standards, a Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in Supported Living or LD services.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience supporting adults with LD, autism, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
• Proven track record of positive inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of supported living services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support.
• Maintain CQC compliance, driving quality, governance and continuous improvement.
• Champion Transforming Care principles, promoting independence, dignity and inclusion.
• Lead, coach and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.
• Embed PBS approaches and least restrictive practice.
• Build relationships with families, professionals, commissioners and external agencies.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and development of staff.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and resources.
• Ensure robust safeguarding practices and effective risk management.
• Create a positive culture where people are empowered to achieve goals.
