Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced nurse to join a beautiful, purpose-built nursing home. The role requires an RGN or RMN with post-registration experience and a solid nursing home background.

Driving is essential due to location, with day and night shifts available to support residents with changing needs. You will work within established systems to deliver high-quality care, manage assessments and medications, and communicate clearly with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be an RGN or RMN with post-registration experience.
• Solid nursing home background.
• Candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective nursing care during busy day shifts in a dynamic environment.
• Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management with confidence.
• Coordinate with the wider team to maintain smooth routines and positive outcomes for residents.
• Use your clinical judgement to respond to changing needs and escalate when required.
• Support residents and families with clear communication and a professional approach.
