Job summary

Penrose Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Biggleswade, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to join our private, luxury care home. You will deliver high-quality, clinically led care and lead shifts to ensure safe, person-centred support.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and monitor health changes, while mentoring the care team and maintaining accurate documentation in a compassionate, well-led environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making.
• Experience leading shifts and guiding a care team.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Care home experience beneficial; open to nurses seeking development.

Responsibilities
