Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd in Belfast is recruiting a committed Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home in the Belfast area, delivering high‑quality intermediate care and supporting residents to regain confidence and independence.

You must hold an active NMC Pin and demonstrate strong leadership, clinical skills and ability to manage care plans, medicines and documentation. Permanent positions available for day and night shifts with monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin.
• Experience in care home or elderly care setting.
• Ability to lead a team and develop care plans.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Create and review care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate resident records with modern technology.
• Oversee medicine management and comply with policies.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Make timely decisions and uphold regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the NMC Code in all duties.
