Lifeways Inverness is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our supported living packages across Inverness and surrounding area, overseeing a portfolio of around 1,750 commissioned support hours. Based from the Inverness office, you will provide strong operational leadership with a dedicated management team.

You will develop teams, ensure high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, and drive performance, quality and continuous improvement

Competenze

• Management experience in adult social care, preferably in supported living, learning disabilities or autism services.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements in social care.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally between services.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
• Registered Manager or Service Manager/Deputy Manager ready for next step welcome.
