Lifeways in Inverness seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead five supported living services, delivering person-centred care for people with learning disabilities and autism.

You will lead and develop teams, oversee quality and compliance, and build strong relationships with people supported, families and local communities. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Experience in supported living, learning disabilities or autism services.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements in social care.
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services.
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across five supported living services.
